1. Liliya Lubenkova Portraits retains the copyright of all images taken. It is a criminal offence to copy, screen grab, scan or reproduce photographs without written consent by Liliya Lubenkova Portraits. Once you have purchased digital files you are granted a licence to use your images for personal use. Your purchased files can then be used for sharing with your friends and family on social media sites, for updating model or acting portfolios, and printing out for yourself, family and friends. These images are not to be sold or given to any third parties without prior consent. 

2. Images that are purchased as digital files are not to be altered in any way that change the integrity of the image without prior consent. 

3. Images taken in photographic sessions may be used by Liliya Lubenkova Portraits for display or marketing purposes. This could include social media, marketing literature, or galleries on this website. This is for the purpose of promoting my photography so clients can see the style of work I create. If you would prefer your or your child's images not to be displayed in this way please let me know in writing when you book your photographic session.

4. A $350 fee is payable when you book your photographic session and this secures your date and time in the calendar. This fee is non-refundable but fully transferable to another date if at least 72 hours notice is given. This does not include illness as I understand this can happen at anytime. I always prefer to re-schedule appointments due to illness, as I want to get the very best images of my clients. 

5. MATERNITY CLIENTS ONLY: If the session is cancelled due to the unlikely event that you have the baby before your photo session, the non-refundable deposit can be applied towards a future session with Liliya Lubenkova Portraits - Portrait or motherhood session. 

We try our best to allow for some flexibility. However, if you arrive more than 30 minutes past your appointment, we will have to reschedule your Session a $250 fee applies or cut your Session shorter. In the unlikely event of a hardware failure, loss, or theft of our equipment, we will reschedule your shoot at no additional cost.

6. The use of video recording and your own camera is forbidden during your photographic session. 

7. No refunds, exchanges or credits are offered on any items purchased. Orders cannot be cancelled due to the custom nature of the products. Once an order is sent to the lab or digital files are submitted to the client either by USB, electronic transfer or email, the order is deemed nonrefundable. All sales are final.
